TFP 014 West Side IPA

A west coast inspired experiment of the TFP 008 NEIPA, have taken on a life of it's own. Using the Azacca, Centennial and Chinook hops, with a West Coast like malt bill, water profile and hopping schedule, expect the beer to be juicy, piney and slightly resinous, with a firmer bitterness and a crisp mouthfeel.This beer made John break his promise of not brewing a West Coast IPA!
