This Monk went on a surf holiday out on the west coast, Hang 10 bro! This beer is a West Coast Belgian IPA. Fermented with Belgian monastery yeast, resulting in those beautiful earthy,plum, cherry and bubble gum esters.The Hops used in the beer were centennial, Chinook, and and Columbus. Bitter, slight citrus and pine are all present.
