Our mission statement incarnated in a beer. Did you know that many countries waste as much as 25% of all food produced? In brewing, several ingredients can be reused with a little bit of ingenuity and commitment. To make this one-of-a-kind juicy pale ale, we blend in excess pizza dough from our kitchen, spent hops from a previous IPA, and yeast from a previous brew. The core ingredients of this beer are up cycled into something amazing.
