A Classic Pale Ale. Generous amounts of US Cascade, Mosaic and Simcoe bombed into the whirlpool; and a big ol' single dry hop at the end of fermentation - notes of floral citrus, pine and a touch of bubblegum. Perfectly balance on a bright malt base, using crystal and Vienna malts.
