Our friends, Nate and Tracy Waters, own and operate Keepsake Cidery in Dundas, Minnesota with their two children. Nate is an orchardist, cider maker, and all-around amazing human. We were lucky to work with him on this cider saison collaboration. Keepsake provided a special blend of fresh-pressed apple juice which was fermented with the naturally occurring yeast on the apples and dregs from one of our spontaneous barrels. We blended the slowly fermented cider with our base Daydreaming saison prior to bottling. Share this crisp, wild, cider saison hybrid with friends while bobbing for apples.
