A collaboration with Iapetus Wines of Shelburne, Vermont, the name "Orogenies" refers to the different geological formations on the East vs West sides of the Green Mountains. It is a co-fermentation of white wine grapes and heirloom apples from the 2019 harvest. It is bubbly, with bright acidity a well-rounded mouthfeel, and notes of white grape, lemon, rose water and slate.0g/L residual sweetness.
