Saison BlendThe blend incorporates the Perpetuum (wheat), d’Eparture (spelt), and Reap & Sow (rye) bases to drive a diversity of malt characteristics. But the thing that ties these components together is that each was fermented or refermented on some variation of our wild harvested yeasts from our spontaneous ciders at some point in their life cycles.
