Heritage Red IPA

A rich and powerful backbone provided by Coopers Maltings’ newly released Schooner heritage barley. This hoppy, bitter and moderately strong red IPA bumps things up a notch or teo on the flavour scale. Coupled with some aroma punch from Centennial, Citra and Simcoe hops, while retaining a dry finish and lean body makes for ine very drinkable IPA.
