Cherry mead made with Stevnsbær, where only the most ripe and perfect-tasting cherries have been hand-selected to be included in the product. One by one.The cherries have had 24 days of skin contact in the must together with local wildflower honey as the only ingredients. At this point, the cherries are normally gently pressed to separate the liquid from the solids.
