While we tend to focus on modern low-bittered and tropical-focused Westcoast IPAs, we still love messing around with some second wave IPA, bringing the IBU heat with just enough character malt to balance things out and an insanely dry finish that reminds you of how invigorating IPAs used to be. Keeping things focused more on the citrus side of the tropical spectrum, we piled in with Mosaic, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Sultana, playing up the classic notes of the San Diego IPAs of yore with notes of ruby red grapefruit, hard lemon candies, fresh pineapple, pomelo juice, and a sticky finish of freshly harvested ganj. We love few things more than the modern Westcoast IPA, but it's nice to mix things up occasionally and Keep The Gold is just the detour we've been waiting for.Hops: El Dorado, Mosaic, Amarillo, Sultana
