Up the River

Inspired by a recent collaboration we made with our friends at @microbrasserieleketch - a leading Quebec brewery 7 or 8 hours up the St Lawrence river from Kingston - this DIPA is smooth and balanced.Up the River was brewed with a touch of honey, and finished with three absolute all-star hops from New Zealand: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka subzero hop kief from @freestylehops. Expect big, delicious, tropical, citrus flavours.
