Our very own Pilsner! Brewed with a decoction mash of Bavarian Pilsner malt, hopped with lots of Czech Saaz, fermented slow and cold with our Lager yeast, spunded at the end of fermentation to capture a lovely natural carbonation, and cold lagered for weeks.Pilsner pours a straw yellow with a rocky white head, and has bright aromatic hop notes of classic Saaz florals and a doughy malt character. There’s a soft smoothness and a dialed malt/hop balance that really sets this one apart from our other lagers. Psyched to have a classic Pilsner in the lineup.
