One of our more fun collaborations was working with Jason and his team from Seoul Brewery in the fast moving world of South Korean craft beer. Hwache is a playful reimagining of the traditional Korean dessert of the same name. A fruit salad bowl covered in milk and lemonade. The product, a milkshake IPA is fruited with luscious gold kiwifruit, ripe mango, and creamy banana - blending tropical intensity with a velvety finish. Bursting with cultural flavour and brewed with boundary-pushing creativity, Hwache is where East meets South in a glass full of juicy, hoppy indulgence.
