As is our yearly tradition, we brewed an over the top anniversary Triple IPA. This year we upped the dry hopping rate to 11# per barrel with 10 of our favorite hops - Citra, Mosaic, Lotus, Strata, Nelson, Vic Secret, Enigma, Idaho 7, Columbus and local Cascade. This hop blend provides a complex bouquet of flavors with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and dankness.
