Collab with Brix City Brewing.Wave Of Sound is our 7.7% IPA brewed with all locally sourced malts—grown and malted at @rabbit_hill_malthouse in Shiloh, NJ. ⁣⁣It was brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Chitted Barley, Oats, and Wheat and hopped with Idaho 7 and Motueka in the whirlpool followed by a heavy dose of Citra, Nectaron, and Motueka in the dry hop.⁣⁣Wave of Sound pours with a very dense hazy straw appearance and presents a bright stone fruity hop expression with passionfruit, light orange zest, and light dank undertones.⁣⁣
