Brewed like a West Coast IPA with firm bitterness and caramel malts (albeit with some oats and wheat) and fermented like an East Coast beer, it pours with a slight haze and lovely golden hue.It stinks of a whirling mix of piney/citrus (WC) and tropical fruit / bubblegum (EC) with all the Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops we threw into it at all stages.And although technically bitter at 58 IBU it drinks oh so smooth – thanks Oats.
