Pilot Batch Series: Bullet With Butternut Wings

Описание

An English Brown ale, made with rich and tasty English (Bairds Maris Otter) and German (Weyermann Caramunich) malts, plus Gladfield's toffee and Eclipse Wheat. It has a complex and biscuity malt profile, and we've spookified it with roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla beans. Hops take a back seat, but we used Pacifica for its dried fruit and spice character.Malty, spicy, sweet caramelised pumpkin. 6.3%.We called it Bullet with Butternut Wings (we smashed a pumpkin into it!)
