Aged in Apple Brandy & Bourbon Barrels for 12 months. We then conditioned it on Vietnamese Coffee, Vietnamese Cocoa Nibs, Cinnamon, & Toasted Almonds. This iteration presents notes of Candied Almonds, Caramelized Cinnamon Apples, Milk Chocolate, & Caramel with an awesome backbone of Apple Brandy and Bourbon.
