A beautiful little pub ale. We brewed this one with Mris Otter, some crystal malt, and a touch of German smoked barley. It was gently hopped with Fuggles and Grungeist and fermented with our favourite London ale yeast.Dog Tooth has lovely notes of classic British pubs, mixed citrus marmalade on wheat toast, ethereal Whoppers, the tip of your marshmallow stick, and nice beery beer flavors.
