This American Wild Ale was initially fermented in an oak foudre and then split into Cabernet Sauvignon barrels prior to final fermentation with Vermont wildflower honey and a generous amount of local Yellow Anne raspberries from Fisher Brothers Farm. This beautiful pale yellow beer is twists your mind as it erupts with the aroma fresh raspberry. This follows with a light funk, pineapple, and slight vanilla.
