This Kriek was made with locally grown fresh Royal Hazel cherries from Dwelley Farms added to multiple batches of our spontaneously fermented beer, Sonambic. It has a beautiful cherry red color, exuding rich notes of black cherry, floral, jasmine and cherry pie with a lingering tart finish.
