(2025) Throughout history, the Elder has been honored for its mystical and healing properties. The abode of Spirits, the source of medicine, and a means of protection, the lore is rich with this ancient tree. To create our own healing elixir, we've taken Elderflowers grown here in Kimberton, and rested them in a 6 month aged cider and 2nd use strawberries. We find a clean, refreshing, and lightly floral cider with an notes of nectar and underlying strawberry. Please enjoy this cider while embracing the protections that it offers.
