HopCoaster - Godiva

Описание

Are you ready to take a rollercoaster ride in the world of hops? Well then, HopCoaster is the beer for you! HopCoaster is our new series of New England IPAs, in which we experiment with different newer hop varieties and try to showcase these and their unique flavors. This is the first release of HopCoaster, featuring English Godiva hops from the Charles Faram hop-breeding program. The hop is an attempt at making an English equivalent to American hops, boasting more bold flavors than classic English hops, with nuances of ripe stone fruits, citrus and gooseberry. To support these flavors we additionally hopped the beer with Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin.
