Deep golden/orange in colour with a rich opaque haze.Big jammy notes of apricot and citrus on the nose.Full bodied for a mid strength with a low level bitterness and pleasent residual sweetness,that carries the apricot vibes.Dry hopped with El Dorado and Cashmere.Named after Claires amusing observation that its almost mandatory to own a mullet as a 25-35 yr old male in 2021.Enjoy.
