We’ve brewed a classic style English Barleywine & given it the Bourbon Barrel-aged treatment. The Woodford Reserve cask has added another element of complexity, adding sweet bourbon notes, with layers of vanilla & oak. Drinking beautifully now but should age gracefully as well.
