Yellow Grass

Our first time getting to work with NECTARON® hops - which we find provided a nice light mango touch to a straight forward, lightly bitter and medium bodied pale ale. We paired these hops with Citra in the fermentation tank, and used some of our other favorite hops during the cook and whirlpool. Nobody likes to sit on yellow grass - but we hope you like drinking this anyways :) - name inspired by Slow Pulp, their new album is rad - check it out.
