To celebrate our 1000th brew we decided to continue with the Wrecking Ball concept from brew 500. So, another high abv barley wine on steroids! Again, all brewery staff memnbers chose their hop for this beer on the brew day itself. No fancy-nancy additives, just absurd thick and overly sweet beer! Hurrah!
