We had so much fun making beer with our friends from Alvarado Street that we had to brew up another one with them while they were visiting! This time we decided cook up something hazy and juicy, and that is how "Hops&Thiols&Chit." DDH Hazy DIPA was conceived. Using Berkeley "Tropics" in combination with a massive amount of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra Incognito, Nelson Sauvin and HBC 586, this dank and dieselly haze boi is packing delicious tasting notes of pink grapefruit, tropical mango, pulpy orange juice and hawaiian punch. This beer certainly lives up to its namesake and we could not be more proud of how it turned out!
