West Coast Pilsner has quickly risen the ranks to one of our favourite styles by combining the drinkability of a Pilsner with the flavour and aroma of a West Coast IPA.We decided to pull the dank switch on this one and used the North American powerhouse Mosaic with its New Zealand counterpart Nelson. The result is nothing short of perfection. Expect notes of sativa berries and passion fruit diesel with intense quaffability.
