Pomona: Hurricane

Описание

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. This iteration has been conditioned on passionfruit puree, tangerine puree, lime juice and grenadine for the perfect hurricane inspired smoothie sour!
