In a way, the lack in stagnation keeps things interesting which a plethora of new products and ingredients out there. Fruited beers are a great example of this and are at the apex of new-age hype beers. If you haven’t guessed by now our brewer loves saisons and will go to any length to bring this refreshing style to the masses. Cue the pineapple saison. Balancing the flavours in a base saison with, in our option, the perfect fruit to showcase the style. Finishing insanely dry with all the good spicy funk notes accompanied by a lingering pineapple character, it is delicious and dangerous.
