Tart imperial black ale aged in a Bordeau cask with our wild culture and sour cherries.Black body with light beige head. Ripe cherries, burned toast, prunes and pipe tobacco in the aroma. Flavor is sweet licorice, blackberry, rye bread, bitter chocolate, raisin and light coffee notes. Light carbonation and slick mouthfeel. Ends dry with tart dark fruits chased by a bit of warming alcohol.
