We have enjoyed recently exploring the old school West Coast IPAs and APAs that helped spur the development of Ontario’s craft beer industry.This week we’re excited to be revisiting these slightly more bitter, less hazy styles with the release of Trailhead American Pale Ale. Dry-hopped with a healthy dose of mosaic, citra, and amarillo hops, Trailhead brings some nostalgia, with big, bright, orange notes. It has a smooth, crisp body and a quenching grapefruit-like bitterness.
