Little By Sangiovese

We refermented our Berliner weisse on a massive amount of frozen Sangiovese red wine grapes. The flavor is closer to a light red wine than a beer at this point, with acid being the main contribution from the base beer. Lots of dark red fruit flavor, but not a lot of sweetness.
