Our 'Foreign | Native' brew is a blackberry sour wheat ale which we created exclusively for Food On The Edge in collaboration with Matt Orlando of Amass Restaurant, Tiago Falcone of Broaden & Build and Jp McMahon.The beer was brewed using Ølands wheat, which is a Danish heritage grain, a Norwegian yeast and wild blackberries, which were foraged in the Burren.
