This beer is built on a base of German Barke Pilsner malt - a heritage malt known for its deep, complex malt character and smooth body. And of course, Saaz hops, used generously to bring out that beautiful floral, earthy aroma that blends seamlessly with the bready malt notesWe dialed in some step mashing to finesse the mouthfeel and body, then fermented it COLD AF to keep everything clean, crisp, and crushable.
