We got a new, hoppy libation landing today here at PHB! Introducing Mumbles Pale Ale (5.7%), a recipe created by one of our talented brewers down here at Ben White, Peter Martin.This dry yet juicy pale ale was brewed with 2-row, pale malt and flaked oats then dry-hopped with our selected lots of Black Star grown Citra, Roy Farms Strata & experimental HBC 586 hops. We’re getting notes of lychee, strawberry, apricot matched with a decidedly dank, yet clean profile.
