We aged our 16.5% base stout for 16 months in Rye Whiskey Barrels and then conditioned the beer on Madagascar Vanilla. The result is a decadent imperial stout with notes of chocolate, roasted coffee, oak, vanilla, caramel, and a hint of spice from the rye whiskey.
