Another experimentation into using Norwegian farmhouse raw ale techniques for our hoppy beers.A big, sticky grain bill full of spelt and flaked oats. We didn't boil this beer at all, only brought it up to pasteurization temps before whirlpooling with a ton of hops and transferring to the fermenter. Fermented at 95degrees with Kveik yeast.Double dry hopped some old favorite and new to us hop varieties. Notes of vanilla custard, lime zest, coconut, and pineapple.
