Our light and crushable Mexican style Lager is built as a Pilsner malt base, with flaked corn, a touch of biscuit malt, and a Town Square twist... we lightly dry hop this refreshing Lager with Motueka hops for a hint of lime character and a clean finish. For this variant, we aged the finished beer in Tequila barrels for 6 months, adding just the right amount of oak and agave complexity.
