At 5.6% we’re looking for the reward of sensory footholds that define its reason for being, but nothing that’s going to gogoplata your senses. We worked with London III to ferment Kast and eek out the fruit highlights. Then, one of our favorites, Nelson Sauvin as the hop to lead the experience into white grape, melon, fruit schmear with moderate and pleasant barley crust background.
