This very limited amount (5 Gallons) of Aronia Berry Saison that we have on hand came from ½ of the first Nebraska Native pilot batch. This is Nebraska Native but with Saison yeast instead of wild yeast. Think of it as Nebraska Native’s tamed, Belgian cousin. Compare, contrast – but you better hurry because this stuff ain’t gonna last!
