Citra Pale ale - this beer was our showcase of the Citra hop variety. Base malt Flaked Barely and Wheat are the building blocks for this crushable, session Light,hazy, straw coloured pale ale. Citra hops lend high citrus notes of lemon peel and pineapple along with passionfruit with underlying berry-fruit flavours. Fermented out with American yeast to let this superstar hop sing!
