Of the Woods: Old Fashioned

We take inspiration from all over the beverage world, and one of our favorite cocktails is the classic Old Fashioned. Known as the Cocktail that Started it All, we decided to bring that old traditional flavor profile to a Cider. We started by resting pounds and pounds of Sour Cherries in a cider, then added the juice of Oranges, Orange Peel for the bitter effect, and a bit of French Oak for a bit of that barrel character. It all worked to finish as a lightly sweet Cider that truly drinks like its inspirational cocktail. Have one with a side of Whiskey, and it'll take you right there!
