A nice easy going style that is uncomplicated and unchallenging to drink, but to be able to brew a good one...the exact opposite. Careful practice, recipe writing and flawless technique are needed to achieve a full flavoured and well balanced Helles that would make a loyal Bayern Munich fan as proud to drink it as we are making it.
