Not So Intersection

Описание

2021 Barrel AdoptionIDENTIFICATION: YELLOWFollowing on from last year's ‘Not So Straight Up’ this year we have ‘Not So Intersection’. We took our core base beer from intersection an American amber ale and aged it in a French oak Cognac barrel for 06 months. The sweeter caramel & toffee malts play nicely with the sweet nutty Cognac and spicy French oak.Following the maturation, we dry hopped it with the usual Intersection hops but in slightly smaller doses to ensure the barrel character was retained.
