CLUB release #6490’s train beer DIPASynth Hops- Mosaic T90, BBC, Cryo & LupomaxMusic pairing – Moonrunner83Visual pairing – Train Spotting (1996)…from a mix of chats with long-time club member Lucy and our shared love for the 1996 film Trainspotting, this beer had been waiting in the wings for a while. The pairing between Mosaic hops and Trainspotting felt natural. Mosaic’s dank, punchy, pungent character mirrors the film’s raw drug fuelled intensity, while its bright, juicy notes reflect the moments of humour and hope that shine through.
