love sours so I wanted the beer I brew to be sour, especially going into summer it’s nice to finish the night of drinking with something a bit sweeter so I thought a smoothy sour would be perfect. My choice of strawberries, peaches and cream is really because it is a classic combination, you can’t go wrong. Making a smoothie sour isn’t something we’ve done yet at the brewpub so I thought it would be fun to do something a little different. The creamy aspect will come from adding lactose and then using some oats in the mash to give a bit of a thicker mouthfeel
