This beer is made with malted barley, pearl wheat, raw barley, yeast, saison and aged hops. Matured in oak barrels for 24 months. During this time the yeasts manifest themselves leaving us with a mixed fermentation beer, acidic, complex and refreshing. A simple and pure expression of microorganisms: which we will share with you, harvest after harvest.
