We partnered with our buddies and local craft cocoa kids Sweet Minou utilizing their bean-to-bar chocolate goodness to make this beer. The chocolate used is Monte Grande cacao, organic and fairly traded from Guatemalan family-owned Monte Grande farm. Chocolate notes: raspberry, citrus, and smoky- added to an already roasty beer.
